Sabal’s Carpenters Pre Apprenticeship Union’s Base School, or S.C.P.A.U.B.S., is dedicated to preparing individuals for rewarding careers in the construction trades. With a commitment to excellence, we provide a comprehensive 6-week program that combines in-the-field hands-on training with classroom instruction. Our trainees gain valuable experience on real construction job sites, learning directly from experienced professionals. This practical approach ensures that participants not only understand theoretical concepts but also master the tools and techniques essential for their chosen trades. All our training programs are Union Certified, reflecting our strong collaboration with the Construction Trade Unions.

For the past 15 years, S.C.P.A.U.B.S. has been instrumental in helping aspiring construction workers achieve their certification goals. We pride ourselves on our rigorous curriculum, which is continually updated to meet the evolving standards of the industry. Our training encompasses a wide range of crucial topics, including life skills, personal and community interests, construction career pathways, and safety protocols. Additionally, we offer education on the use of hand and power tools, construction mathematics, and necessary certifications such as OSHA 10. By covering these essential areas, we ensure our graduates are well-prepared to enter the workforce with confidence and competence.
